Learning sight words with a holiday theme can be just the thing to get your child focused on memorizing them. Find a few they love and offer it to them during their winter break. You’d be surprised how much free time there is over the Winter Break for sight word practice when kids are exciting about doing the activity.
Each week we gather Sight Word Activity ideas on our Sight Word Pinterest Board for you. Here are some of our favorites that are Christmas Themed for Sight Words. We thought your child maybe enjoy them during the month of December. For younger kids you could easily make many of these letters or their name. For older kids you could use their spelling words for these activity ideas.
