Love Books Summer Exchange Participants 2014

Are you looking for a way to make reading fun during the summer for your child? You’re invited to follow the Love Books Summer Exchange Participants!

We’re sharing tons of books and activities to encourage your child to fall in love with books!

Book and Activity Ideas for Kids featured at the Love Books Summer Exchange hosted by The Educators' Spin On It

With one quick glance below you will quickly notice that this year we have nearly doubled in size of participants in the Love Books Summer Exchange. We are thrilled to announce that over 60 Kid Bloggers world-wide have signed up to join us this summer.

What is the Love Books Summer Exchange?

The Love Books Summer Exchange is a book Swap with a twist. Each participant has hand selected a children’s book and created an activity to go along with that book. Then they took their book and activity and mailed to another kid blogger we assigned them to. All month long our Love Book Participants will be featuring a book and activity that their child has received in the mail.

BONUS: We’ll be featuring all of their activities during the month of JULY. That’s 60+ Book Related Activities to keep your child engaged with books all summer long!

Who’s Participating in the Love Books Summer Exchange?

We have kid bloggers from the United States, United Kingdom, and India exchanging books this year in our Love Books Summer Exchange. As you are online this summer keep an eye out for some terrific book-related activities being shared by all of these bloggers. We’ll be using the hashtag #lovebooks.

These activities and books will be perfect to support summer reading as well as great activities for during the school year.

I would loved to have participated but didn't know about this. If you plan one for 2015 let me know. I do not blog but am a newly retired educator with a 2 year old granddaughter. Thanks!
