Can you believe it your child is turning 2? Or perhaps it’s your grandson or niece who’s celebrating this special day very soon and you need ideas. It’s seems like this year they’ve grown leaps and bounds and you’re ready to give them a toy for their birthday they will use and learn from.
I’m sharing with you some of my most favorite after raising 3 kids and working in a preschool in their two year old room many years ago! These are tried and true items that will last quite a few years with your child.
Birthday Gift Ideas for Two Year Olds
Now that they are turning two they are focusing on their fine motor skills and more complex gross motor skills. Your two year old is drawn towards toys that can challenge them a bit but also they help them begin to use their imagination through pretend play. Finding toys that can be used in a variety of ways is a great tip too. Here are a few of my favorites!
