You can work on counting and number recognition by printing out these activity sheets from Fiddle and Doodle.  My daughter thought it was such a fun way to work together on learning at home.  She loved how all on her own she could take the dot markers out from their box and put the lids on and off, perfect for little hands.

Hi found you through-inspired bloggers network-I love your book suggestions and the corresponding dot activities! I’m familiar with all the book except Leaf Man so I’m going to go check it out! Once my temperamental printer decides to play nice I will definitely print these out to do with my preschooler!
