Word of the Year

Here’s a simple process to help you choose your word.

  1. Reflect – Look at years’ past and find an area of your life that you want to improve or make better.
  2. Visualize – Sit for a few minutes with your eyes closed and visualize what you want this next year to look like.
  3. Pick a Few Words – Look at a list of empowering words and pick one that is the best fit.
  4. Refine – With the words you chose, narrow it down to one or two that will be the easiest to stay focused on all year.
  5. Commit – Once you’ve gone through this process, commit to a word, write it down and see how it impacts your daily life!

Now it’s time to add it to the Word of the Year Printable. {Download}
