Weezer Changes the World Book Extension Using Random Acts of Kindness

What promises would you make to Weezer?

We created our own Earth by using Watercolors. Then we came up with ways that we can change the world personally.

Our hope is to add more and more as the month goes by.

Here’s a printable worksheet to write your goals on.

Once we created the goals we typed them up together on the computer and then attached them to clouds as dreams. We were talking about Martin Luther King Jr, here are a few other activities about him.

We talked about his dream too and the way that we treat others.

This book and all the activities you tied it to looks amazing! I like the sound of the kindness project, but I am just way-way too buried at work to really take part. Maybe we'll do something more manageable here.

Great post!! Love the way that you tied into the kindness project! I LOVE all of the ideas of random acts of kindness that could be shared. Tomorrow I am dropping of treats for some of the teenagers at church to wish them good luck on their finals. It is so fun to see their smiles when we pop by with a surprise. I am looking forward to finding more ways that my kids can do kind things for their friends this week!
